Carl Corcoran


Carl Corcoran is a 45-year veteran of the music industry. In the mid 70’s, under the moniker of Jamie Stone Carl recorded three albums. His debut album ‘New Day’ was awarded 6 RMI Awards in 1974 (pre-cursor of the RTÉ Choice Music Prize) including Artist of the Year. A Number 1 hit followed in 1976 with ‘I Believe in Love’. In the late 70’s he moved to New York, where he pursued a career in various elements of the entertainment business including recording an award-winning CD ‘Dancing The Dublin Reel’ – voted Album of the Year 1995 by Irish Echo
