Shane Pendergast & Luka Hall

Shane Pendergast is a folk singer-songwriter from Tracadie Cross, Prince Edward Island. Hailing from a long lineage of storytellers and musicians in PEI, he is keeping the Maritime folk tradition alive with his honest and insightful compositions. His 2021 album ‘Second Wind” won Contemporary Roots Album of the Year at the Music PEI Awards. Shane's recent appearances include Celtic Colours International Festival and Summerfolk Festival. Joining forces with Shane is Luka Hall, a young fiddler from Charlottetown, PEI. In 2021, Luka was a Junior Showcase Performer for the Canadian Grand Masters Fiddling Competition. In addition, he has released two albums. Together, Shane and Luka create an enchanting musical experience full of heartfelt melodies, captivating tales, and toe-tapping tunes.
