Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for Your Roots Are Showing - Music Conference are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person:

Up to 14 days before the event: €25 transfer fee

Within 14 days of the event: €50 transfer fee (processed on-site)
All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to admin@showingroots.com.
Tickets may not be transferred after the event has begun.

Event Changes or Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Your Roots Are Showing is cancelled in full, ticket holders will be offered either:

A full transfer to the next edition of the event, or
-
A refund at the discretion of the organisation
No refunds will be issued for:
-
Illness
-
Travel disruption
-
Weather conditions
-
Personal circumstances
-
Failure to attend
Code of Conduct
Your Roots Are Showing is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants.

All attendees, speakers, partners, and staff are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times.

The following will not be tolerated:

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour

Offensive or inappropriate language or imagery

Threatening or harmful conduct

Disruption of sessions or event operations

Unauthorised recording or distribution of content
If you experience or witness inappropriate behaviour, please report it to YRAS staff or email admin@showingroots.com.
Consequences
YRAS reserves the right to remove any individual from the event without refund and restrict future attendance where necessary.
