Lunatraktors

Ireland / UK

Experimental folk duo Lunatraktors reinvent Anglo-Celtic traditional songs through layered vocals, foot percussion, accordion, whistles and unconventional rhythms. Carli Jefferson and Clair Le Couteur bring influences from dance, post-punk, flamenco and trip-hop into their self-described broken folk sound. Their inventive recordings and performances have earned recognition in contemporary folk and alternative music circles.
