Nest of Singing Birds

Nest of Singing Birds preserve the traditional ballads of Madison County, North Carolina, where songs have been passed between generations for centuries. Featuring Sheila Kay Adams, Donna Ray Norton and William Ritter, the group bring ancestral stories to life through unaccompanied singing, fiddle and a deep connection to the Appalachian musical tradition.
