Matthew Morgan

Matthew Morgan is a Partner and Co-Head of leading global talent, entertainment, and sports company UTA’s Nashville office. He has worked with a wide variety of influential contemporary and country artists including GRAMMY Award winners Lizzo, Cam, Brandon Lake, and Rodrigo y Gabriel, as well as Anderson East, Drew Baldridge, GAYLE, JP Saxe, Julianne Hough, Kristin Chenoweth, Marc Scibilia, Michael Franti, Noga Erez, Phillip Phillips, RaeLynn, Rival Sons, and Ogi, among others. He played an instrumental role in Lizzo’s career by introducing her to her producer and label, creating a touring strategy that took her from clubs to arenas, and brokering deals across film, TV, publishing, endorsements, and more. Her massive headlining arena run, The Special Tour, has grossed over $85M worldwide and landed her in the Top 5 on Pollstar’s Top Tours list. Morgan previously spent 13 years at CAA, four years at WME, and two years at CMT. Morgan was named to Leadership Music’s Class of 2022, a prestigious nationwide program based in Nashville that is designed to create a forum for recognized music industry leaders to learn more about the landscape. He is a member of the CMA, ACM, and Recording Academy Nashville Chapter.
