Piero Cremaschi
Lollapalooza
Piero Cremaschi was born on August 25 in Santiago, Chile, where music was always anintegral part of the landscape. He discovered his passion for live production while still at university, working behind the scenes at DG Medios Chile and quickly realizing that he belonged in the world of stages, sound, and touring life.
What began as curiosity grew into an 18-year journey across continents. Piero first toured with legendary Chilean folk bands, such as Illapu and Inti Illimani, managing productions that spanned South America to Europe and honing the craft of transformingcomplex logistics into seamless performances. In 2011, he joined Lollapalooza Chile Crew, helping launch the festival’s Rock and Recycle program and deepening his commitment to creating meaningful experiences for audiences.
From 2015 onwards, Piero has been a trusted production and stage manager for major agencies and festivals, including Lollapalooza Chile and Fauna Primavera Fest. He has led large-scale stages, worked as a stage manager with crews for top international artists and headliners such as Pearl Jam, The Killers, Kendrick Lamar, Billie Eilish, Tool, Justin Timberlake, Joan Baez, Arctic Monkeys, Blink-182, Olivia Rodrigo, and more, and built a reputation for calm leadership, meticulous planning, and creative problem-solving.
Between 2017 and 2024, he also helped shape Italy’s Folkest Festival, managing over 50 multicultural events and developing the Upbeat Project to support emerging folk artists.
Based in Italy, Piero continues to travel between Europe and South America, motivated by the same passion he found years ago: bringing music to life and creating unforgettable moments on every stage he performs on.
