Niall McCabe

Clare Island native, Niall McCabe’s eagerly anticipated ‘Rituals’ album was released in February 2023 to wide critical acclaim and was featured as RTE Album of the Week, while the song Rituals topped the RTE Radio airplay charts for five consecutive weeks. With the release of his first solo album McCabe has stepped seamlessly from the folk-soul inspired sounds of his previous group into the soulful roots of his own material. McCabe has turned heads and ears across Ireland with sold out shows in Dublin, Cork, Westport and Castlebar in spring 2023 and is fast announcing himself as one of Ireland’s most gifted songwriters and storytellers. An accomplished finger-style guitar player, Niall has also been lending his unique voice to Irish trad-fusion band ‘Beoga’, touring Ireland, Europe and the USA opening for Ed Sheeran, Foy Vance, Drake White, Ariel Posen and Johnny Swim.
