CAOIMHÍN

Ireland

CAOIMHÍN (pronounced "kwee-veen") is a producer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist forging a soulful new Gaelic sound at the crossroads of folk and modern dance music.
Performing live yielding flutes, whistles, guitars, midi controllers and a bouzouki, he effortlessly combines traditional Irish elements, live looping, sampling and electronica into a unique danceable package that has graced stages all over Ireland and recently abroad (Australia, Italy, UK).
2025 saw the release of the trad fusion musician’s debut album ‘Ríocht Na Sí’ which was nominated for contemporary album of the year at the NÓS music awards in February, further adding to the building momentum being generated by the boundary pushing artist.
It was also a big year for the Irish musician in other ways with him being offered a residency in the famed Guinness Storehouse in Dublin for the summer months.
CAOIMHÍN has also recently caught the attention of TV producers with two TV series that the musician will feature on (‘Cara Sa Cheol’ and ‘Casadh Sa Cheol’) due to air in early 2026.
