Fuse Canadian Country, Folk, Roots with seasoned artists Shayne Lazarowich & Dara Schindelka & you have Northern Air. The group was formed in the summer of 2020 and has featured other performers over the years, but at the heart of it is Dara and Shayne’s original music and voices. They are pleased to be releasing their first studio recording in 2025 with EverRising Media of Regina, SK. Dara is a celebrated Saskatchewan, Canadian artist. Nominated for keyboardist of the year by Saskatchewan Country Music Association, twice nominated in the Sask Arts Celebration of the Arts as a singer, and a recipient of SOCAN emerging artist fund, Sask Arts Independent Artist Grant, and Creative Sask recipient for the creation of her 2nd album.Shayne Lazarowich a singer-songwriter artist from Saskatoon. Lazarowich performs with the passion of folk and country. He has played multiple stages across the province and beyond, as a solo performer and as part of multiple successful groups including Northern Air. For both these artists the soul of their music is all about Culture & Community.
