The Blow In’s

Ireland

The Blow In’s are a rising band in the Irish music scene !

The band hailing from Co. Kerry consists of Cían O’Leary (Vocals and Rhythm Guitar) and Oisín O’Regan (Lead Guitar) and are joined by many talented musicians in their live performances such as Dean Crowley (Banjo) and Darragh Brosnan (Accordion).

They were recently handpicked by James Vincent McMarrow to support him on his Irish tour in November’24 aswell as playing after the Wolfe Tones on their farewell tour in September ‘24.

The Blow In’s only started performing live gigs in December of 2023 and quickly gained popularity in their home county and further afield, known for their energetic, high tempo and unique performances! Their raspy vocals coupled with their intricate guitar parts make for a performance like no other. Their traditional Irish influences can be seen in their live gigs as it gives their shows an energetic surge.

The Blow In’s then started writing their own original music as Cían and Oisín shared similar musical influences such as Oasis, The Waterboys, The Pogues and Kingfishr. They decided to compose their poems into music and in early 2024 they decided to take their ideas into the studio where they produced their debut single What Could This Be ?

The Blow In’s plan to take more of their music into the studio in the near future with the intentions of creating some lively, energetic and nostalgic music for their listeners to be able to relate to.
